Terms of Service

Version 2026-01 · Last updated January 15, 2026

What we provide, what we do not, and what we each agree to. Written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.

1. What Inside The Credit AI is

Inside The Credit AI is a consumer credit intelligence, monitoring and optimization platform. It reads credit data you provide or authorize us to retrieve, computes analysis from it, and presents recommendations about factors you control.

2. What Inside The Credit AI is not

We are not a credit repair organization. We do not repair credit, remove information from credit reports, or submit disputes on your behalf, and we do not charge fees for any such service.

We do not guarantee outcomes. We do not guarantee any change to any credit score, and we do not guarantee or predict any lending decision, rate, limit or approval.

We are not a credit bureau or a consumer reporting agency. We do not furnish information to credit bureaus and we do not produce credit scores.

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Nothing in the product is such advice. For advice about a specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

We cannot move money. There is no payment mechanism in the platform. When we recommend a payment, you make it with your own bank or card issuer.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, and we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Your data and your authorization

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us the licence needed to process it in order to provide the service. Where you authorize a credit data connection, you confirm you are the consumer whose data is being retrieved, or that you are legally authorized to act for them. That authorization is recorded with its date and version, and you can withdraw it at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Access, or attempt to access, credit data belonging to anyone else without lawful authority.
  • Provide false information, including to obtain a credit report you are not entitled to.
  • Use the service to violate any law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Attempt to breach the security of the platform, or to access another member's data.
  • Scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its output.
  • Use the service to make representations to a third party that we have guaranteed an outcome.

6. Recommendations are informational

Every figure the platform produces is an informational estimate based on the data available to it, computed under stated assumptions. Credit reporting is not real-time, data sources can be incomplete or wrong, and scoring models consider factors this product cannot see. You are responsible for the financial decisions you make.

7. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships bill in advance on the interval you select and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Where a bureau report retrieval carries a cost, we disclose it and obtain your explicit approval before incurring it. We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Credit data providers, payment processors and AI providers are third parties whose availability we do not control. Where a dependency is unavailable, the platform degrades — the features that do not need it keep working.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or where required by law. On termination you may export your data, and we delete it in line with the privacy policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We version these terms. Where a change is material we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version; your consent record stores which version you accepted and when. This is version 2026-01.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@insidethecreditai.com, or the contact page.
