Pricing questions
Is the free plan actually useful, or is it a trial?
It is genuinely useful. The whole deterministic engine — utilization, the optimizer, the simulator, your timeline, goals and the action queue — works on accounts you enter yourself. What the paid plans add is bureau data: monitoring, change detection against reports you did not enter, and three-bureau comparison.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Features that need bureau data stop retrieving new data, and your existing snapshots, goals, actions and history remain exactly as they are.
Do you charge for the AI Advisor?
Every plan includes it, with a monthly allowance that scales with the plan. You can see how much of the current period’s allowance you have used inside the app at any time, and running out never affects any other feature.
Will you charge me for a bureau report I did not ask for?
No. Retrieving a paid report is a consequential action, so it requires your explicit approval and the cost is disclosed before you give it. The platform is also built to never buy the same report twice.
